志丹油田涂层防腐技术研究与试验 被引量:2

Research and test of coating anti-corrosion technology in Zhidan oilfield

摘要 志丹油田部分油区生产井管柱井筒腐蚀严重,主要腐蚀形式表现为套管腐蚀穿孔、油管腐蚀穿孔、抽油杆腐蚀断脱和凡尔球腐蚀失效等。通过比选确定环氧酚醛涂料作为涂层防腐材料,该材料对油管的附着力强、韧性好,经过通过旦八区块正357-2井近1年的现场试验油管内外涂层仍保持完好无损,且壁面无蜡沉积物与垢盐附着,显示出明显的防腐作用。 The wellbore corrosion of production Wells in some oil areas of Zhidan oilfield is serious,and the main corrosion forms are casing corrosion and perforation,tubing corrosion and perforation,sucker rod corrosion and failure of Val ball corrosion.In this paper,epoxy phenolic coating is selected as coating anticorrosive material by comparison. The material has strong adhesion and good toughness to tubing. After nearly one year’s field test in Well Zheng357-2 of Danba block,the inner and outer coating of tubing remains intact,and there is no wax deposit and scale salt attached to the wall surface,showing obvious anticorrosive effect.
