摘要
国内海上油气田修井作业中经常需要进行管柱切割打捞作业,对高效的切割打捞技术的需求也在不断增加。在井斜较大、结构复杂的防砂管柱进行切割作业时,经常出现因为割刀偏心管柱无法有效割断的问题。通过设计一种可变径扶正器,其可以通过小内径防砂管柱,并利用液压原理实现变径和复位,能够对水力割刀起到扶正居中的作用。通过对可变径扶正器的结构原理和力学性能开展研究,并对扶正器本体经过力学仿真模拟计算,确认该扶正器可以满足抗拉600KN、抗扭10KN.m的切割作业工况。通过井下试验验证,该扶正器可以在井下顺利张开和回收,满足设计要求,为水力割刀高效切割防砂管柱提供了良好的技术条件。
String cutting and fishing are often required in workover operations in domestic offshore oil and gas fields,the demand for efficient cutting and fishing technology is also increasing.When cutting the sand control string with large well deviation and complex structure,the problem that the pipe string can not be cut effectively due to the eccentricity of the cutter often occurs.By designing a variable diameter centralizer,it can be through a small inner diameter sand control string,the hydraulic principle is used to realize diameter reduction and reset,it can centralize and center the hydraulic cutter.By studying the structural principle and mechanical properties of variable diameter centralizer,after mechanical simulation and calculation of the centralizer body,confirm that the centralizer can meet the cutting working conditions of tensile 600 kN and torsional 10 kN. M.Verified by downhole test,the centralizer can be smoothly opened and recovered underground,meet the design requirements,it provides a good technical condition for hydraulic cutter to cut sand control string efficiently.
