摘要
受井斜大、抽油杆运动失稳、油井液量低等因素影响,W区块生产中主要存在油井抽油杆偏磨严重问题,采用选注塑扶正器防偏磨技术,取得较好效果,但存在措施工艺成本高问题,为此开展提高防偏磨效益技术研究,明确降本增效方向,制定合理技术对策,现场应用85口井,创效380.5万元,低油价下实现提质增效目的。
Affected by the factors of large well deviation,instability of sucker rod movement and low oil well fluid volume,the serious problem of eccentric wear of oil well sucker rod mainly exists in the production of block W. the anti eccentric wear technology of selective injection centralizer has achieved good results,but there is the problem of high process cost. Therefore,the technical research on improving the benefits of eccentric wear prevention is carried out,the direction of cost reduction and efficiency increase is clarified,and reasonable technical countermeasures are formulated,85 wells were applied on site,with an efficiency of 3.805 million yuan. The purpose of improving quality and efficiency was achieved under low oil price.
