反餐饮浪费与粮食安全之关联

摘要 基于粮食自给率、粮食消费类型、粮食浪费行为等多种因素考量,在新形势下,更要高度重视并提倡新型粮食安全观。粮食损耗存在于生产、运输存储、消费三个环节,尤其是后期的饮食浪费触目惊心。保证粮食安全应该从制度设计入手,实行开源节流,双措并举。同时,加强顶层设计,协同合作,制止浪费。
