金双歧联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的疗效

Efficacy of Gold Bifidum Combined with Montmorillonite Powder in the Treatment of Pediatric Viral Enteritis

目的:探讨金双歧联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿病毒性肠炎的效果。方法:选取厦门大学附属第一医院杏林分院2019年10月至2020年9月收治的病毒性肠炎患儿79例,根据治疗方案不同分为观察组(41例)和对照组(38例)。对照组予以蒙脱石散治疗,观察组予以金双歧联合蒙脱石散治疗,比较两组患儿疗效、不良反应情况、治疗前后炎症因子水平和心肌损害情况。结果:观察组患儿治疗总有效率为97.56 %,高于对照组的81.58 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿血清肿瘤坏死因子–α(TNF–α)、白细胞介素–6(IL–6)、IL–10水平均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶MB(CK–MB)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)水平均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗过程中均未见不良反应。结论:金双歧联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿病毒性肠炎能显著缓解炎症状态,减轻心肌损害,效果显著,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of gold bifidum combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of pediatric viral enteritis.Methods A total of 79 children with viral enteritis admitted to Xinglin Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from October 2019 to September 2020 were selected and divided into observation group with 41 cases and control group with 38 cases according to different treatment regimens.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the observation group was treated with gold bifidum combined with montmorillonite powder.The efficacy,adverse reactions,levels of inflammatory factors and myocardial damage were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%,which was higher than that of the control group (81.58%),with statistical significance (P < 0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and IL-10 in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum creatine kinase (CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK-MB) and cardiac troponin T (cTnT) in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).There were no adverse reactions in two groups during treatment.Conclusion Gold bifidum combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of pediatric viral enteritis can significantly relieve inflammation and myocardial damage,with significant effect and high safety.
