口腔正畸对牙周病致前牙移位患者血清细胞因子水平的影响

Effect of Orthodontic Treatment on Serum Cytokine Levels in Patients with Anterior Tooth Displacement Caused by Periodontal Disease

目的:探讨对牙周病致前牙移位患者应用口腔正畸治疗对其血清细胞因子水平的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月在驻马店市中心医院进行治疗的52例牙周病致前牙移位患者作为研究对象。先行牙周病治疗,后实施口腔正畸,比较治疗前后血清细胞因子水平、探诊出血率、出血指数、牙槽骨高度、前牙覆盖、牙周袋深度及牙齿松动度。结果:治疗6个月后,与治疗前相比,肿瘤坏死因子–α(TNF–α)、白细胞介素–6(IL–6)水平降低,白细胞介素–2(IL–2)水平升高,探诊出血率、出血指数、牙槽骨高度、前牙覆盖、牙周袋深度均降低,牙齿松动度显著改善,差异均具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:在牙周病致前牙移位患者中应用口腔正畸治疗效果较好,可有效改善血清细胞因子水平,利于患者病情转归。

Objective To investigate the effect of orthodontic treatment on serum cytokine level in patients with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease.Methods A total of 52 patients with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease who were treated in Zhumadian Downtown Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The levels of serum cytokines,bleeding rate,bleeding index,alveolar bone height,anterior tooth coverage,periodontal pocket depth and tooth looseness were compared before and after treatment.Results After 6 months of treatment,compared with before treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) decreased,while the levels of interleukin-2 (IL-2) increased,the probing bleeding rate,bleeding index,alveolar bone height,anterior tooth coverage,periodontal pocket depth decreased,and the degree of tooth loosening significantly improved.The differences were all statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Orthodontic treatment in patients with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease is effective and can effectively improve the level of serum cytokines,which is beneficial to the patient’s recovery.
