针药结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后遗留疼痛的临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupuncture and Medicine Treating Postoperative Pain of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的:探讨针药结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后遗留疼痛的临床价值。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年2月在河南中医药大学第三附属医院行手术治疗且术后遗留疼痛的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受针灸治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者治疗总效率为96.67 %,高于对照组的80.00 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者中医证候各项积分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分均低于对照组,日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针药结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后遗留疼痛的疗效显著,能够明显改善患者腰部功能。

Objective To explore values of postoperative pain after lumbar disc herniation surgery by acupuncture with Chinese medicine.Methods 60 cases of patients with postoperative pain after lumbar disc herniation surgery admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases).The control group were treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion based on the control group.The clinical effect was observed.Results After treatment,the total treatment efficiency of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 80.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);after treatment,the Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The VAS score,ODI score of observation group after treatment were lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05);the JOA score of the observation group after treatment was higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05);the rate of adverse event of the observation group after operation was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine is effective in treating postoperative pain of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,can significantly improve the patient’s waist function.
