增液汤联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的有效性分析

Efficacy Analysis of Repaglinide Combined With Zengye Decoction in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨增液汤加减联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的有效性。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年6月都昌县中医院蔡岭分院收治的84例T2DM患者,随机分为两组,各42例,对照组患者给予瑞格列奈治疗,观察组患者给予增液汤加减联合瑞格列奈治疗。比较两组患者血清糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)和空腹血糖(FBG)水平,超敏C反应蛋白(hs–CRP)、白细胞介素–6(IL–6)、白细胞介素–10(IL–10)等炎症因子水平。结果:与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的HbA1c、2h PG、FBG水平均有所下降,且观察组HbA1c、2h PGB、FBG均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者hs–CRP、IL–6、IL–10水平较治疗前均有所下降,且观察组hs–CRP、IL–6、IL–10水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用增液汤加减联合瑞格列奈治疗T2DM,患者血糖能够得到有效控制,机体炎症反应可有效减轻。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of repaglinide combined with Zengye decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods A total of 84 patients with T2DM who were admitted to Cailing Branch of Duchang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with repaglinide,and the observation group was treated with Zengye Decoction combined with repaglinide.Serum glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c),2h postprandial blood glucose (2h PG) and fasting blood glucose (FBG) levels,hypersensitive C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP),interleukin-6 (IL-6),interleukin-10 (IL-10) and other inflammatory factors were compared between 2 groups.Results Compared with before treatment,the levels of HbA1c,2h PG and FBG in two groups decreased after treatment,and HbA1c,2h PGB and FBG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-10 in two groups were decreased compared with before treatment,and the levels of Hs-CRP,IL-6 and IL-10 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of T2DM,the blood glucose of patients can be effectively controlled and the inflammatory response of the body can be effectively reduced.
