三九天铺姜灸联合三九贴改善亚健康阳虚体质的临床研究

Clinical Study on Sanjiu Ginger Moxibustion Combined with Sanjiu Plaster on Improving Sub-healthy Yang Deficiency Constitution

目的:探讨亚健康阳虚体质运用三九天铺姜灸联合三九贴的治疗效果。方法:选取东莞市清溪医院2021年1月至2021年2月期间收治的200例确诊为亚健康阳虚体质患者,以数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组,各100例。对照组开展传统铺姜灸治疗,观察组开展三九天铺姜灸联合三九贴治疗,比较两组患者生活质量与治疗效果。结果:治疗前两组患者的各项生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察患者的各项生活质量评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为98.00 %,高于对照组的87.00 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:亚健康阳虚体质患者运用三九天铺姜灸联合三九贴治疗效果较为明显,可改善患者生活质量,缓解临床症状,提升身体机能。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Sanjiu ginger moxibustion combined with Sanjiu plaster on sub-health Yang deficiency constitution.Methods Select 200 patients diagnosed as sub-healthy patients who were admitted to Dongguan Qingxi Hospital from January 2021 to February 2021,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional ginger moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with Sanjiu ginger moxibustion combined with Sanjiu plaster.The quality of life and treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups of patients (P > 0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of the observed patients were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 87.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Patients with sub-healthy yang-deficiency constitution have obvious therapeutic effects with Sanjiu Tianpu ginger moxibustion,which can improve the quality of life of patients,relieve clinical symptoms,and enhance physical function.
