生化汤在子宫内膜息肉术后应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Shenghua Decoction after Endometrial Polyp Operation

目的:探讨生化汤加减对子宫内膜息肉术后的应用效果。方法:选取漳州市中医院2019年1月至2020年9月期间60例进行宫腔镜下电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉患者,根据术后不同的用药方法分为对照组(23例)和观察组(37例)。对照组口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗;观察组采用生化汤加减治疗,比较两组患者预防术后复发的效果。结果:观察组患者的术后复发率为5.41 %,低于对照组的26.09 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的月经量均不同程度减少、月经经期不同程度缩短以及子宫内膜厚度不同程度变薄,且观察组的月经量少于对照组、月经经期短于对照组、子宫内膜厚度薄于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的雌激素(E2)、雌激素受体(ER)及孕激素受体(PR)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者E2不同程度降低,ER、PR不同程度升高,且观察组E2低于对照组,ER、PR高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜息肉术后患者予以生化汤加减治疗,可缩短患者经期及减少经量,使子宫内膜厚度变薄,可有效预防复发。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shenghua decoction on postoperative endometrial polyp.Methods A total of 60 patients with endometrial polyps treated by hysteroscopic electroresection were selected from Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to September 2020,and were divided into control group (23 cases) and observation group (37 cases) according to different postoperative medication methods.The control group was treated with dspironone ethinylestradiol tablet.The observation group was treated with Shenghua decoction,and the prevention effect of postoperative recurrence was compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative recurrence rate of the observation group (5.41%)was lower than that of the control group (26.09 %),the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).After treatment,menstrual volume decreased to varying degrees,menstrual period shortened to varying degrees and endometrial thickness thinned to varying degrees in two groups,and the observation group had less menstrual volume,shorter menstrual period and thinner endometrial thickness than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant difference in estrogen (E2),estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) between two groups (P > 0.05).After treatment,E2 in two groups decreased to varying degrees,ER and PR increased to varying degrees,and E2 in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,ER and PR were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion After endometrial polyp operation,Shenghua decoction can shorten the menstrual period and reduce the amount of menstruation,make the endometrial thickness thinner,and effectively prevent recurrence.
