不同年龄不孕症女性解脲支原体和人型支原体感染情况及药敏结果分析

Analysis of Ureaplasma Urealyticum and Mycoplasma Hominis Infection and Drug Sensitivity in Infertile Women of Different Ages

目的:了解不同年龄不孕症女性解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)感染情况,并分析其药敏结果。方法:选择2018年1月至2020年11月于开封市妇产医院生殖不孕门诊就诊的280例不孕症女性,依据年龄将其分为四组,对其宫颈分泌物进行支原体培养及药敏试验,观察结果。结果:280例不孕症女性,检出Uu感染116例(41.43 %),Mh感染18例(6.43 %),Uu+Mh混合感染29例(10.36 %),20 ~ 25岁患者支原体感染率最高,36 ~ 45岁次之,26 ~ 30岁最低;Uu对克拉霉素、红霉素、左氧氟沙星的耐药率较高,分别为88.79 %、83.62 %、71.55 %;Mh对克拉霉素、罗红霉素、红霉素的耐药率较高,分别为83.33 %、83.33 %、72.22 %;Uu+Mh对克拉霉素、阿奇霉素、红霉素、罗红霉素的耐药率较高,分别为93.10 %、89.66 %、86.21 %、82.76 %。结论:本院不孕症女性的支原体阳性率较高,20 ~ 25岁患者支原体感染率最高,Uu、Mh和Uu+Mh均对加替沙星、强力霉素、交沙霉素、甲砜霉素敏感。

Objective To investigate the infection of ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and mycoplasma hominis (Mh) in infertile women of different ages in Kaifeng Maternity Hospital,and to analyze the drug sensitivity results.Methods A total of 280 infertile women who visited the reproductive infertility clinic of Kaifeng Maternity Hospital from January 2018 to November 2020 were selected and divided into four groups according to their age.Mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity test were conducted on their cervical secretions,and the results were observed.Results Among 280 infertile women,116 (41.43%) were infected with Uu,18 (6.43%) with Mh,and 29 (10.36%) with mixed infection of Uu and Mh.The infection rate of mycoplasma was the highest in 20 ~ 25 years old patients,followed by 36 ~ 45 years old patients,and the lowest in 26 ~ 30 years old patients.The drug resistance rates of Uu to clarithromycin,erythromycin and levofloxacin were 88.79%,83.62% and 71.55%,respectively.The drug resistance rates of Mh to clarithromycin,roxithromycin and erythromycin were 83.33%,83.33% and 72.22%,respectively.The drug resistance rates of Uu+Mh to clarithromycin,azithromycin,erythromycin and roxithromycin were 93.10%,89.66%,86.21% and 82.76%,respectively.Conclusion The positive rate of mycoplasma was higher in sterile women in our hospital,and the infection rate of mycoplasma was the highest in 20 ~ 25 years old patients.Uu,Mh and Uu+Mh were all sensitive to gatifloxacin,doxycycline,crosssalamycin and methiosulfone.
