临床药学干预对呼吸内科合理使用抗菌药物的作用

Effect of Clinical Pharmaceutical Intervention on Rational use of Antibiotics in Respiratory Department

目的:研究临床药学干预在呼吸内科抗菌药物合理使用中的作用。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年3月茂名市中医院呼吸内科接诊的患者200例,按照奇偶数字法分为两组,观察组和对照组各100例。观察组采取临床药学干预法,对照组未接受临床药学干预。比较两组患者不良反应发生率等指标。结果:观察组患者住院时间与抗菌药物使用时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者单一抗菌药物使用率比对照组高,二联和三联抗菌药物使用率比对照组低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为1.0 %,低于对照组的12.0 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:于呼吸内科抗菌药物使用中合理运用临床药学干预,有利于提升抗菌药物使用的合理性,降低药物不良反应发生率。

Objective To study the effect of clinical pharmaceutical intervention on ensuring the rational use of antibiotics in respiratory medicine.Methods 200 patients in the respiratory department of Maoming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups.According to the odd and even number method,with 100 cases in observation group and 100 cases in control group.The observation group received clinical pharmaceutical intervention,while the control group did not receive clinical pharmaceutical intervention.The incidence of adverse reactions and other indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time and the use time of antibiotics in the observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The use rate of single antibiotics in the observation group was higher than that in control group,and the use rate of double and triple antibiotics was lower than that in control group,the difference were statistically significant (P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 1.0%,lower than that of the 12.0% in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The rational use of clinical pharmaceutical intervention in the use of antibiotics in respiratory medicine is conducive to improve the rationality of the use of antibiotics and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
