宫腔镜联合腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Hysteroscopy Combined with Laparoscopy in the Treatment of Uterin Fibroids

目的:分析宫腔镜联合腹腔镜在子宫肌瘤临床治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择息县人民医院2020年1月至2021年6月期间收治的80例子宫肌瘤患者,按照治疗方案不同分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组患者接受腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤手术,观察组患者接受宫腔镜联合腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤手术。比较两组患者的手术疗效、手术指标、术后不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.00 %,高于对照组的80.00 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的术后不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:宫腔镜联合腹腔镜在子宫肌瘤临床治疗中,其疗效和手术治疗均优于单纯腹腔镜下手术,术后不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义,安全性有保障。

Objective To analyze the application effect of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in the clinical treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods 80 cases of uterine fibroids treated from January 2020 to June 2021 in Xixian People’s Hospital were selected and divided into control groups and observation groups according to the different treatment plans,with 40 cases each.The control group underwent laparoscopic hysterical fibroids surgery and the observation group underwent hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopic hysterical uterine fibroids surgery.Surgical efficacy,surgical indicators,and the incidence of postoperative adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment efficiency of the patients in the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 80.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The operation time,intraoperative bleeding amount and hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistical significant (P > 0.05).Conclusion The efficacy and surgical treatment of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy are better than laparoscopic surgery alone,with no statistical significant incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and the safety are guaranteed.
