基于ITCM和CVM的运河公园游憩价值评估研究——以北京通州大运河森林公园为例 被引量:7

摘要 研究运用ITCM和CVM方法对运河公园游憩资源价值进行了估算,这对运河公园游憩价值估算领域具有重要价值。以北京通州大运河森林公园为例,通过评估研究,得到结论如下:1)从使用价值看,实际旅行费用与旅行次数呈现负向关系,符合游憩需求理论预期,且并未挖掘出运河森林公园的游憩使用价值潜力。2)从非使用价值看,大运河森林公园游憩非使用价值量居于中等水平,造成非使用价值差异的重要原因在于特定群体游客对于运河公园的保护意识与关注程度不同。3)整体上看,大运河森林公园的游憩价值两种估算方法结果差异较大,主要原因在于森林公园游憩资源非使用价值并未得到游客充分认知,以及森林公园景区的公共物品非使用价值长期被忽视所致。4)从两种方法适用性看,ITCM和CVM方法均适合评估免门票的运河公园景区游憩价值评估。 The recreation value of Tongzhou Grand Canal Forest Park in Beijing was estimated by using ITCM and CVM method. The conclusions were as follows: 1) From the perspective of the use value, the actual travel cost negatively related to the travel times, which was in line with the expectation of the recreation demand theory, and the maximum use value potential of the recreation resources has not been tapped. 2)The non-use value of the Grand Canal Forest Park is at the medium level. The important reason for the difference of the non-use value is that the specific group of tourists have different protection awareness and attention to the forest park. 3) As a whole, the results of the two methods for estimation of the recreation value of Grand Canal Forest Park are quite different. The main reason is that the non-use value of recreational resources of forest park has not been fully recognized by tourists and the non-use value of public goods in forest park scenic spot has been ignored for a long time. 4) Both ITCM and CVM methods are suitable to evaluate the recreational value of canal park that is free admission.
