锅炉螺旋水冷壁内裂纹超声检测研究 被引量:2

摘要 电站锅炉采用内螺纹管制造的水冷壁.多用于工作环境更加恶劣的水冷壁高负荷区,如果运行不当,极易造成管子内壁受损从而产生裂纹.裂纹从内壁开始产生,超过一定载荷后会造成穿透性开裂,从而产生爆管导致停炉,在检修过程中如何及时发现内壁裂纹至关重要。首先自动超声设备无法应用,且因水冷壁成排制造,高空安装.射线检测的难度大,周期长,排查效率低。根据内螺纹管的结构、裂纹产生规律通过试验确定在检修过程中的手工超声排查方案,应用灵活,效率高。 Power boiler manufactured rifled tube wall,more used to working conditions worse water wall high load area,if improper operation,easy to cause the pipe wall damaged causing crack,crack starting from the inside,more than a certain load will cause the penetrating crack,resulting in a detonation tube boiler stop,how to discover the internal crack in the process of repair is crucial.First of all,automatic ultrasonic equipment can not be applied,and because of the water wall row manufacturing,high altitude installation,ray detection is difficult,long cycle,low inspection efficiency,according to the structure of internal threaded pipe,crack generation law through the test to determine the manual ultrasonic inspection program in the maintenance process,flexible application,high efficiency.
