高等农业教育服务吉林省“互联网+”农村经济发展路径研究

Research on the Path of Higher Agricultural Education Serving the “Internet +” Rural Economic Development in Jilin Province

通过梳理国内外高等农业教育的重要性,指出新时期中国农村经济发展需要建设高素质的人才队伍。本文通过对高等农业教育服务吉林省"互联网+"农村经济发展路径的研究,实证构建计量模型,实验数据处理结果显示吉林省农村"互联网+"发展指数产出弹性为0.335,利用估算出来的数据进行测算改变得出吉林省农村"互联网+"农村经济和配套资源占据贡献率的67.56%,最后提出"互联网+"农村经济发展路径对策。

By combing the important position of agricultural education in higher education at home and abroad, this paper points out that, in the new period, China’s rural economic development needs to build a high-quality talent team, and it is essential for higher education to cultivate agricultural talents. Therefore, "Internet +" economic development path of Jilin Province is studied in this paper. The aim is to build an econometric model in empirical analysis. The results of the experimental data show that the output elasticity of the Internet plus development index in Jilin is 0.335, and the "Internet +" rural economy and supporting funds in Jilin Province are obtained by using the estimated data. The contribution rate of the source occupies 67.56%, and finally puts forward the countermeasures of "Internet +" rural economic development path.
