摘要
大数据等新兴技术在全球各行业广泛应用,催生了新业态和新零售管理模式的出现,新的社会发展需求对商科人才培养也提出了新要求,传统的商科人才培养方式无法满足日新月异的社会发展需要,提高新商科人才培养质量势在必行。本文以广州城市理工学院工商管理专业为例,从该专业对照国标、学生就业质量和学习成果等方面,分析现有商科专业人才培养质量现状,结合大数据时代对商科人才的新需求,立足新形势,提出新商科专业人才培养质量提升的新路径。
Emerging technologies such as big data are widely used in various industries all over the world, giving birth to the emergence of new formats and new retail management models. New social development demands also put forward new requirements for business talents training. Traditional business talents training methods can not meet the changing needs of social development, so it is imperative to improve the quality of new business talents training. Taking Business Administration Major of Guangzhou City Institute of technology as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of the training quality of business professionals from the aspects of the major’s comparison with the national standard, students’ employment quality and learning achievements, and puts forward a new path to improve the training quality of new business professionals based on the new situation combined with the new demand for business talents in the era of big data.
