摘要
随着社会经济的发展及产业结构的持续优化,应用型人才需求进一步扩大,这对高校教学管理创新提出了较高的要求。基于应用型人才培养的高校教学管理创新,对于应用型人才成长及发展、提升高校教学管理效果、促进企业发展及产业进步等诸多方面都具有重要的意义。本文在阐释了基于应用型人才培养的高校教学管理意义的基础上,分析了目前高校教学管理存在的人才培养定位与市场需求衔接不足、高校应用型人才管理体系单一陈旧、社会资源与高校教学的共享度较低、缺乏一套完善的教学管理保障机制等问题,最后从树立需求导向、改进培养模式、社会力量参与、强化政府调控等方面提出了具体的对策。
With the development of social economy and the continuous optimization of the industrial structure, the demand for applied talents is further expanding, which puts forward higher requirements for the innovation of teaching management in colleges and universities. The innovation of university teaching management based on the cultivation of applied talents is of extremely important significance for the growth and development of applied talents, improving the effect of university teaching management, promoting enterprise development and industrial progress. On the basis of explaining the significance of university teaching management based on application-oriented talent training, this paper analyzes the current university teaching management’s insufficient connection between talent training and market demand, the single outdated management system of university applied talents, and the relationship between social resources and university teaching. Problems such as low sharing degree and lack of a complete teaching management guarantee mechanism. Finally, specific countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of establishing demand orientation, improving training mode, participation of social forces, and strengthening government regulation.
