基于SWOT分析的湖北省农村普惠金融发展路径探究

Research on the Development Path of Rural Inclusive Finance in Hubei Province Based on SWOT Analysis

随着中国农业农村经济的不断发展和乡村振兴战略的深入实施,农业农村产业发展对金融服务的需求日益增加。农村普惠金融建设既关系到农村居民对金融服务的可获得性,也关系到湖北省农业农村发展与乡村战略实施。在深入分析湖北省农村普惠金融发展现状的基础上,对湖北省普惠金融发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了SWOT态势分析,总结形成分析矩阵,明确了未来湖北省农村普惠金融发展的增长性战略、扭转型战略、多元化战略和防御型战略,探索提出了未来发展的路径,即优化农村普惠金融发展的基础环境、大力推进农村普惠金融数字化转型、创新发展多元化普惠金融服务、建立现代金融风险分担机制、推动对农村地区的普惠金融知识普及教育。

With the continuous development of China's agricultural and rural economy and the in-depth implementation of rural revitalization strategy,the demand of financial services for the development of agricultural and rural industries has been increasing.The construction of rural inclusive finance is not only related to the availability of financial services for rural residents,but also related to the agricultural and rural development and rural strategy implementation in Hubei province.Based on the in-depth analysis of the current situation of rural inclusive finance in Hubei province,the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of the development of inclusive finance in Hubei province were analyzed by SWOT,an analysis matrix was summarized and formed,the growth strategy,torsion strategy,diversification strategy and defensive strategy of the future development of rural inclusive finance in Hubei province were defined,and the future development path were explored and put forward,that is,optimizing the basic environment for the development of rural inclusive finance,vigorously promoting the digital transformation of rural inclusive finance,innovating and developing diversified inclusive financial services,establishing a modern financial risk sharing mechanism,and promoting the universal education of inclusive finance knowledge in rural areas.
