玉林市甘薯产业发展现状与前景

Development Status of Sweet Potato Industry in Yulin and Its Prospect

广西是全国第三大甘薯生产区,玉林市是广西主要的鲜食型甘薯种植区之一,具有得天独厚的区位优势和气候优势,玉林市甘薯产业的可持续发展对促进农民增收、激活群众参与乡村振兴的积极性具有重要的意义。通过分析玉林市甘薯种植区域分布、面积及产量变化、主栽品种与种植方式、消费及加工等产业发展情况,指出玉林市甘薯产业发展存在政策资金支持力度不足、品种结构不合理、管理技术粗放、机械化程度低、储运技术落后、精深加工能力不足等问题,并在此基础上展望了玉林市甘薯产业的发展前景。最后,提出了加大政策支持力度,大力推广规范化和机械化栽培技术,加强研发、引进和培育优良品种,调整品种结构,加强对甘薯种植户的培训,规范栽培技术,加强贮藏体系建立,促进产业链延伸等促进玉林市甘薯产业发展的对策。

Guangxi is the third largest sweet potato production area in China,and Yulin is one of the main fresh sweet potato planting areas in Guangxi,with unique geographical and climatic advantages.The sustainable development of the sweet potato industry in Yulin is of great significance to promote the increase of farmers'income and activate the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in rural revitalization.By analyzing the distribution of Yulin sweet potato planting area,the change of area and output,the main variety and planting way,the development present situation of consumption and processing industry,some problems existing in the development of sweet potato industry in Yulin were pointed out,such as insufficient fund support dynamics,unreasonable varieties structure,extensive management and technology,low degree of mechanization,backward storage and transportation technology,insufficient precision and deep processing capabilities and so on,based on this,the prospects for the development of sweet potato industry in Yulin were forecasted.Finally,countermeasures on improving the development of sweet potato industry were put forward from increasing policy support,promoting standardization and mechanization planting technologies,strengthening the research and development,introduction and cultivation of high-quality varieties,adjusting the variety structure,strengthening the training of sweet potato farmers,standardizing cultivation techniques,strengthening the establishment of storage system,and promoting the industry chain extension,and so on.
