耐高温单组分脱酸室温硫化硅橡胶的研制 被引量:1

摘要 研究了老化温度、生胶黏度、石英粉、氧化铁红、过氧化二苯甲酰对单组分脱酸室温硫化硅橡胶性能,尤其是耐高温性能的影响。结果表明,要提高单组分脱酸室温硫化硅橡胶的耐温等级,关键在于抑制主链解扣式降解反应;低黏度107胶有利于抑制主链解扣式降解反应,增加石英粉用量无法抑制主链解扣式降解反应,无法通过调整氧化铁红的用量来兼顾防护侧基氧化反应和主链解扣式降解反应,过氧化二苯甲酰可以有效抑制主链解扣式降解反应,0.2份过氧化二苯甲酰的单组分脱酸室温硫化硅橡胶的耐高温性能最好。 The effects of aging temperature,raw rubber viscosity,quartz powder,iron oxide red and dibenzoyl peroxide on the properties of one component deacidification RTV silicone rubber were studied.The results showed that the key to improve the temperature resistance of one component deacidification RTV silicone rubber was to inhibit the main chain decoupling degradation reaction;low viscosity 107 silicone could inhibit the main chain decoupling degradation reaction.Increasing the amount of quartz powder could not inhibit the main chain decoupling degradation reaction.The amount of iron oxide red could not be adjusted to protect the side-group oxidation reaction and the main chain decoupling degradation reaction.Dibenzoyl peroxide could effectively inhibit the main chain decoupling degradation reaction,The one component deacidification RTV silicone rubber with 0.2 phr dibenzoyl peroxide has the best high temperature resistance.
