摘要
微波加热辅助骨料回收已成为一种新型的再生骨料提取技术,开展微波照射下混凝土试样的温度响应和变化规律的研究具有重要的理论和实际意义。对混凝土试样进行不同功率和加热时间的微波加热试验。结果表明试样的温度随着加热时间的增加逐渐增加,增加输入功率时,试样的温升速率和最大温度也不断增加,且温度变化与加热时间近似呈线性关系。增大微波输入能量,能够有效地提高温升速率。微波加热会使得试样出现温度分布不均匀的现象,随着加热时间的增加,温度分布的不均匀性在逐渐减小。
Microwave heating-assisted aggregate recycling has become a novel recycled aggregate extraction technology.It has important theoretical and practical significance to carry out research on the temperature response and change law of concrete samples under microwave irradiation.Microwave heating experiments with different power and heating time were performed on concrete samples.The results show that the temperature of the sample gradually increases with the increase of heating time.When the input power is increased,the temperature rise rate and maximum temperature of the sample increases,and the temperature change is approximately linear with the heating time.Increasing the microwave input energy can effectively improve the temperature rise rate.Microwave heating would cause uneven temperature distribution of the sample.As the heating time increases,the uneven temperature distribution gradually decreases.
