摘要
文中以长沙梅溪湖金茂湾8^(#)超高层住宅楼为例,采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,对结构进行了小震到大震作用下的整体计算和动力弹塑性时程分析,结果表明针对薄弱部位采取相应的加强措施后,能够实现既定的设计目标,为类似带个别框支墙的大高宽比剪力墙结构设计提供参考。
Taking the No.8 super high-rise residential building at Jinmao Bay Meixi Lake in Changsha as an example,this paper adopts performance-based seismic design method to carry out the whole calculation and dynamic e-lastoplastic time history analysis of the structure under the action of small earthquake to large earthquake.The results show that the design objective can be achieved after taking corresponding strengthening measures for the weak parts,providing a reference for the design of similar shear wall structure projects with large aspect ratio and indi-vidual frame-supported shear wall.
