摘要
随着城市空间的充分开发利用,基坑工程邻近各类建(构)筑物的现象愈发常见,基坑开挖会引起邻近既有建(构)筑物的变形及位移,对使用中的建(构)筑物产生安全隐患。文中收集基坑开挖对邻近建(构)筑物影响有关研究成果,对邻近结构物的基坑开挖卸载效应理论计算方法进行归纳,提出现有研究中关于围护结构变形计算、应力释放、折减系数、地下水渗流等不足之处和需要进一步深入研究的方向。
With abundant development and utilization of urban space,foundation pit engineering is commonly adja-cent to various buildings(structures).The excavation of foundation pit would cause large deformation and dis-placement near the adjacent existing buildings(structures),leading to potential safety hazard to the buildings(structures)in service.In this paper,the relevant research results of the influence of foundation pit excavation on adjacent buildings(structures)are reviewed,and the theoretical calculation methods of the unloading effect of foundation pit excavation on adjacent structures are summarized.The shortcomings of the existing studies on deformation calculation of retaining structure,stress release,reduction coefficient,groundwater seepage,and other aspects are pointed out.Finally,the direction for further research are put forward.
