摘要
振冲碎石桩是地基处理中常见的方法之一。文中以LNG储罐实际工程为例,对比同一厂区内采用振冲碎石桩和未采用振冲碎石桩区域的单桩承载力,分析碎石桩对LNG储罐桩基承载能力的影响,研究碎石桩对桩基承载力及安全系数的提升效果。同时根据计算结果给出采用碎石桩后的储罐桩基优化方案,为后续LNG储罐工程地基处理提供参考依据及解决建议。
Vibro-replacement Gravel Pile is one of the common methods in ground treatment.Based on the practical project of LNG tank,this paper compares the bearing capacity of single pile with and without Vibro-replacement Gravel Pile in the practical project of LNG tank.The influence on bearing capacity of pile by Vibro-replace-ment Gravel Pile was analyzed to study the improvement of safety factor with Vibro-replacement Gravel Pile.In addition,optimization design of tank piles with Vibro-replacement Gravel Pile based on the calculation results was obtained,which may provide references and suggestions for LNG tank engineering foundation in the future.
