云南省是中国的能源大省,云南丰富的电力资源和独特的地理位置便利了云南向东南亚地区电力出口。在分析云南省电力出口现状的基础上,运用贸易竞争力指数和国际市场占有率比较云南和老挝电力出口的竞争优势,得出云南电力出口存在的问题,进而提出继续推动云南省电力产业发展,加强电力贸易互联互通、推动双方经济社会发展,扩大电力市场化改革范围、建立更加完善的电力定价机制,扩大中老合作、融入“一带一路”建设等对策建议。

Yunnan Province plays a key role in electrical energy in China.The Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government also intend to build Yunnan into a world-class"green energy brand"and a new highland of opening up to the world.Yunnan's rich power resources and unique geographical location also facilitate the power export trade of Yunnan to Southeast Asia.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of power export in Yunnan province,using trade competitiveness index and international market share compared the competitive advantage of power export,Yunnan and Laos and problems existing in Yunnan power export,and put forward to continuing to promote the development of power industry development in Yunnan province,strengthening power trade connectivity,promoting economic and social development,expanding the scope of power market reform,establishing a more perfect power pricing mechanism,expanding China-Laos cooperation,into the construction of"Belt and Road"countermeasures.
