辽宁对中东欧国家出口贸易发展策略研究

Export Trade Development Strategy between Liaoning and Central and Eastern Europe Countries

中东欧国家是我国在推进“一带一路”建设中的重要合作伙伴,也是国内企业“走出去”,进入欧盟市场的桥头堡。2012年,中国—中东欧“16+1”合作机制在华沙成立。随着希腊的加入,“17+1”中国—中东欧合作框架逐步形成,我国与中东欧国家的经贸合作也取得了突飞猛进的发展。辽宁是“一带一路”建设的重要节点,2018年获批成立“16+1经贸合作示范区”。选择辽宁与中东欧经贸合作作为研究对象,运用SWOT分析法,探索促进辽宁对中东欧国家出口贸易发展的路径,既符合“一带一路”与“17+1”合作的时代背景,也有利于完善我国与中东欧国家的合作机制。

Central and Eastern Europe countries(CEECs)are important partners of China in promoting the development of the Belt and Road initiative,as well as the bridgehead for China’s enterprises attempting to globalize their businesses and entering the EU market.In 2012,the China-CEEC“16+1”cooperation mechanism was established in Warsaw.After Greece joined,the construction“17+1”China-CEEC cooperative framework has also been making steady progress,contributing to the rapid advancement achieved in China-CEEC economic and trade cooperation.Liaoning is a key node in the implementation of the Belt and Road initiative.This importance can be reflected from the issuance of approval for the founding of“16+1”Trade and Economic Cooperation Demonstration Area in 2018.Following this context,this paper focuses on the trade and economic cooperation between Liaoning and the CEECs.SWOT analysis was carried out to explore the approaches that facilitate Liaoning’s export trades with the CEEC members,which is not only in line with development path set for the Belt and Road initiative and the“17+1”cooperation,but also conductive to the optimization of the China-CEEC cooperation mechanism.
