摘要
以香兰素作为初始原材料,分6步反应制备得到了6-甲基-[1,3]-二氧代[4,5-f]苯并噻唑。香兰素依次进行脱甲基化、缩合反应、溴代反应、硝基取代反应、二硫化反应、闭环反应得到目标产物,最终产品纯度可达98.9%。
Vanillin was used as the initial raw material to prepare 6-methyl-[1,3]-dioxo[4,5-f]benzothiazole in six steps.Vanillin undergoed demethylation reaction,condensation reaction,bromination reaction,nitro-substitution reaction,disulfide reaction,and ring-closing reaction to obtain the target product.The purity of the final product was 98.9%.
