摘要
研究了采用高温焙烧—盐酸浸出工艺从粉煤灰中浸出镓,考察了助剂(Na_(2)CO_(3),K_(2)CO_(3))与粉煤灰混合比例、焙烧温度、焙烧时间对粉煤灰高温焙烧的影响及浸出温度、盐酸浓度、固液质量体积比对镓浸出的影响。结果表明:Na_(2)CO_(3)与K_(2)CO_(3)(质量比3/1)的混合助剂与粉煤灰按质量比0.5/1混合,在950℃下焙烧2 h后,再用3 mol/L盐酸溶液在60℃、固液质量体积比1/10条件下浸出2 h,镓浸出率达93.43%,浸出效果较好。
The leaching of gallium from fly ash using high temperature roasting—hydrochloric acid leaching process was investigated.The effects of the mixing ratio of agent(Na_(2)CO_(3),K_(2)CO_(3))and fly ash,roasting temperature and roasting time on high temperature roasting of fly ash,and effects of leaching temperature,hydrochloric acid concentration and solid mass-to-liquid volume ratio on leaching of gallium were examined.The results show that the leaching rate of gallium reaches 93.43%under the conditions that mixture of Na_(2)CO_(3) and K_(2)CO_(3)(mass ratio of 3/1)is mixed with fly ash at mass ratio of 0.5/1,roasting temperature is 950℃,roasting time is 2 h,and hydrochloric acid concentration is 3 mol/L,leaching temperature is 60℃,solid mass-to-liquid volume ratio is 1/10,leaching time is 2 h.The leaching effect for gallium is good.
