摘要
研究了以电池级硫酸锰为锰源,碳酸铵为沉淀剂,氨水为配合剂,通过控制反应条件制备电池级类球形碳酸锰颗粒,考察了体系pH、反应温度、硫酸锰流量、搅拌速度等条件对产品粒度、Mn与杂质含量及颗粒形貌的影响。结果表明:在体系pH=7.5、反应温度60℃、硫酸锰流量30 mL/min、搅拌速度600 r/min、硫酸锰浓度2.0 mol/L、反应时间13 h条件下,所合成的类球形碳酸锰中Mn质量分数为46.22%,杂质含量很低,粒径分布较集中。
Preparation of battery-grade spherical manganese carbonate using battery grade manganese sulfate as manganese source,ammonium carbonate as precipitating agent,ammonia as complexing agent were researched.The effects of reaction conditions such as system pH,reaction temperature,flow rate of manganese sulfate solution and stirring speed on particle size,Mn and impurity content and particle morphology of manganese carbonate product were examined.The results show that under the conditions of system pH of 7.5,reaction temperature of 60℃,flow rate of manganese sulfate solution of 30 mL/min,stirring speed of 600 r/min,manganese sulfate concentration of 2.0 mol/L and reaction time of 13 h,the spherical manganese carbonate is obtained with Mn content of 46.22%and low impurity content,and the particle size distribution is highly concentrated.
