天然锰矿石催化双氧水脱色亚甲基蓝试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究了以天然锰矿石作双氧水脱色亚甲基蓝催化剂对亚甲基蓝废水进行脱色,考察了溶液pH、天然锰矿石用量、双氧水浓度、亚甲基蓝质量浓度对天然锰矿石催化脱色的影响。结果表明:在溶液pH=7、天然锰矿石用量1 g/L、H_(2)O_(2)浓度0.8 mol/L、溶液中亚甲基蓝质量浓度20 mg/L条件下,天然锰矿石催化双氧水对亚甲基蓝的脱色率可达98.14%;天然锰矿石可循环使用;常见阴离子Cl^(-)、NO^(-)_(3)、SO^(2-)_(4)对双氧水氧化亚甲基蓝有抑制作用,其抑制力为Cl^(-)>SO^(2-)_(4)>NO^(-)_(3);提出了天然锰矿石催化反应机制。 A natural manganese ore was used as catalyst for catalyzing decolorization of methylene blue dye wastewater by hydrogen peroxide.The effects of catalyst dosage,solution pH,MB concentration and hydrogen peroxide amount on the decolorization of methylene blue were also studied under different reaction conditions.The experiment results show that the natural manganese ore has good catalytic activity.Under the conditions of wastewater pH of 7,manganese ore usage of 1 g/L,H_(2)O_(2) concentration of 0.8 mol/L,MB mass concentration of 20 mg/L,the decolorization rate of methylene blue reach 98.14%.The natural manganese ore can recycling reusability.The anions Cl^(-),NO^(-)_(3),SO^(2-)_(4) inhibit the decolorization reaction,the inhibition function is Cl^(-)>SO^(2-)_(4)>NO^(-)_(3).Finally,the catalyzing reaction mechanism is proposed.
