移民安置作为工程的重要组成部分,由于移民问题的复杂性与系统性,已成为工程的老大难问题。XW水电站移民竣工验收作为8个专项验收中唯一1个没有进行专项验收并且仍然不具备验收条件的专项。通过过程分析与问题导向等方法,对XW电站移民概况、安置过程及存在的主要问题进行简要介绍和分析,增进对水电移民问题复杂性的认识。

Resettlement,as an important part of the project,has become a major problem of the project due to its complexity and systematicness.Completion acceptance of migrants for XW Hydropower Station is the only one of the eight special acceptances that has not yet undergone special acceptance and still does not meet the acceptance criteria.By means of process analysis and problem-oriented method,this paper gives a brief introduction and analysis to the general situation,resettlement process and main problems of resettlement for XW Power Station,promotes the understanding of complexity of resettlement problems for hydropower stations.
