摘要
溢洪道在运行期间使泄槽混凝土长时间的受到水流的高速冲刷及库区漂浮物的冲击、碰撞,致使泄槽混凝土出现了大小不一的凹坑,严重影响着电站汛期的泄洪,威胁着大坝和机组发电的安全。以梨园水电站溢洪道泄槽产生的凹坑为例,从施工、水体、运行时间三方面对混凝土凹坑产生的原因进行了分析,并对混凝土凹坑的修复处理进行了详细的阐述。
During the operation of the spillway,the concrete of the discharge channel is subjected to high-speed scouring of water flow for a long time and impact and collision of floating debris in the reservoir area,resulting in various pits in the concrete of the discharge channel.It seriously affects flood discharge during flood season and threatens the safety of dam and unit power generation.Taking the pit produced by spillway discharge channel of Liyuan Hydropower Station as an example,this paper analyses the cause of concrete pit from three aspects of construction,water body and operation time,and elaborates on the repair treatment of concrete pit in detail.
