制氢设备产氢湿度高原因分析及处理

Cause Analysis and Treatment of High Hydrogen Production Humidity of Hydrogen Production Equipment

云南华电镇雄发电有限公司(以下简称“公司”)制氢设备自2010年投运后一直未进行过检修、维护,目前电解制出氢气经干燥器处理后露点一直达不到设计值要求。对原因进行分析,2020年经过对冷却系统的检修、改造和优化,使产氢露点达到了设计值要求,确保新鲜氢气露点满足发电机安全运行的要求,目前运行效果较好。

Hydrogen production equipment of Zhenxiong Company has not been overhauled and maintained since it was put into operation in 2010.At present,dew point of hydrogen produced by electrolysis after being treated by dryer can not reach the design value.After the overhaul,modification and optimization of the cooling system in 2020,the dew point of hydrogen production meets the design value requirements and ensures that the dew point of fresh hydrogen meets the requirements of safe operation of the generator with good operation effect.
