Owner Management of Large-scale Hydropower Project Construction

大型水电工程是一个系统工程,建设周期长、投资大、影响范围广,而业主的管理在整个建设过程中始终处于主导和核心地位,需要统筹和协调好各方并作出一系列的重大决策,尤其是十八大以来,全面依法治企也对业主的综合素质、业务能力等都提出了更高的要求。通过长期在一线管理工作实践,总结了大型水电工程建设过程中业主管理需要重点关注的六个方面,并提出了切实可行的解决方法和措施。

Large-scale hydropower project is a system project with long construction period,large investment and wide influence.Owner management has always been in the leading and core position in the whole construction process.Owners need to coordinate and coordinate all parties and make a series of important decisions.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of CPC,managing enterprises in an all-round way according to law has also put forward higher requirements for the overall quality and business ability of the owners.Through long-term practice in front-line management,this paper summarizes six aspects that the owner management needs to pay attention to during the construction of large-scale hydropower projects,and puts forward feasible solutions and measures.
