随着江河汛枯来水流量变化以及煤炭产量、价格变化等因素的影响,导致水电、火电发电机组出力也随之变化,进而使得电网电力供求形势发生较大震荡。在供大于求的阶段为保障电网安全运行,机组负荷时常被安排在较低负荷运行,偏离设计工况较多,对机组运行经济性带来较大影响,为此采取相应应对措施,提高机组经济运行水平,增加发电企业市场竞争力。

With the change of inflow of rivers during flood and dry season,as well as the influence of coal output and price changes,the output of hydropower and thermal power generation units will change accordingly,which makes the situation of power supply and demand in power grid oscillate greatly.In the stage of supply exceeding demand,in order to ensure safe operation of power grid,unit loads are often arranged to operate at lower loads,deviating from design conditions more.This will have a great impact on the operation economy of units.Therefore,corresponding measures should be taken to improve the economic operation level of units and increase the market competitiveness of power generation enterprises.
