高海拔高落差地区线路工程造价分析

摘要 高海拔高落差地区电网工程因高山峡谷相间、气候多变、空气稀薄,交通不便等自然条件,导致工程造价远超企业造价平均水平线。通过对比普通地区电网和高海拔高落差地区电网工程造价水平,定量分析两种地区造价主要差异原因,总结其造价影响因素及特点,提出造价精益化管理的建议,希望为电网企业在高海拔高落差地区的造价管理和投资管控提供参考。 The construction cost of power grid project in high altitude and high drop area is far higher than the average cost level of enterprise due to natural conditions such as alternate mountain and gorges,changeable climate,thin air,inconvenient traffic.By comparing the cost level of power grids in common areas with that in high-altitude drop areas,the main reasons for cost differences between the two areas are quantitatively analyzed.This paper summarizes the influencing factors and characteristics of cost and puts forward suggestions for cost lean management.It provides reference for cost management and investment control of power grid enterprises in high altitude and high drop areas.
