摘要
采用固定床反应装置,以固体酸为催化剂,以2-甲基萘和35%(w/w)过氧化氢为原料合成2-甲基-1,4-萘醌,实验考察了催化剂酸性、反应温度、停留时间等对反应性能的影响。确定的最佳反应条件为:以HDN-32型号的固体酸为催化剂,反应温度70℃,停留时间21min,2-甲基萘与过氧化氢的摩尔比为1:3,在此条件下,2-甲基萘的转化率为98.1%,产物选择性为90.1%,收率为88.5%。
Using a fixed bed reactor,solid acid as a catalyst,2-methylnaphthalene and 35%(w/w)hydrogen peroxide was used as raw materials to synthesize 2-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone,the experiment investigates the influence of acidity of the catalyst,reaction temperature and residence time on reaction performance.The optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows:HDN-32 solid acid is used as the catalyst,the reaction temperature is 70℃,the residence time is 21min,and the molar ratio of 2-methylnaphthalene to hydrogen peroxide is 1:3.Under these conditions,the conversion rate of 2-methylnaphthalene was 98.1%,the product selectivity was 90.1%,and the yield was 88.5%.
