摘要
目前,屯兰矿的综采队轨道顺槽只解决了机械化运料问题,而针对行人问题,一直以来都没有有效的解决办法,没有可靠的机械运人设备,这样不仅增大了职工在体力上的损耗,尤其是下班时,更会增加职工的疲劳感,也不符合公司文件中对综采工作面机械化运人的要求。传统的无极绳绞车运输效率低,线路的安全设施为被动防护,安全性能差。针对于此,屯兰矿运输专业各级领导大胆地开拓创新,经过多次论证和实地考察后,决定采用具有国内先进水平的无极绳普轨卡轨车辅助运输模式,于2019年4月,在22301轨道顺槽安装了1部KSP-130/200P无极绳普轨卡轨车,解决了长距离综采队轨道顺槽的运料及行人问题,使22301综采工作面的安装工期缩短一半,大大提高了安全系数和工作效率。
At present,the track of the integrated mining team of the Tunlan Mine has only solved the problem of mechanized material transportation,and there has been no effective solution to the pedestrian problem.There is no reliable mechanical transportation equipment,which has not only increased the physical losses of employees.Especially when off duty,it will increase the fatigue of the employees and do not meet the requirements of the mechanized operators in the company's documents.The transportation efficiency of the traditional rope winch is low,the safety facilities of the line are passive protection,and the safety performance is poor.In view of this,the leaders at all levels of the Tunlan mine transportation specialty have boldly explored and innovated.After many demonstrations and field visits,they decided to adopt the auxiliary transportation mode of the pole-free rope track truck with advanced domestic levels.In April 2019,a KSP-130/200P pole-free rope general track truck was installed in the 22301 track slot,which solved the problems of material transportation and pedestrian in the track chute of long-distance fully mechanized mining team,reducing the installation period of the 22301 comprehensive mining face by half.The safety factor and working efficiency are greatly improved.
