本文通过对某电厂锅炉SCR脱硝系统入口磨损及堵灰的现象进行原因分析,研究造成入口烟道磨损、堵灰的因素,并提出相应的治理方案,从而解决锅炉SCR脱硝系统入口磨损及堵灰问题,延长设备的使用寿命及安全运行周期。

The paper analyzes the causes of the inlet wear and fouling of the boiler SCR denitration system in a power plant,studies the factors that cause the inlet flue wear and fouling and proposes the corresponding treatment schemes,so as to solve the problem of inlet wear and fouling and prolong the service life and safe operation period of the equipment.
