本文以输送带跑偏后撕边子的处理时间和费用损失为出发点,分析输送带跑偏撕边子的原因,提出一种快速检测撕边子方法,避免撕边子的范围扩大,能够及时处理并减少损失。

The paper takes the processing time and cost loss of the scratched edges of the conveyor belt as the starting point,analyzes the reasons for the scratched edges of the conveyor belt and proposes a rapid detection method for the scratched edges to avoid the expansion of the scratched edges,can timely deal with and reduce the losses.
