摘要
实践能力培养是高素质应用型和创新型人才的着力点。将第一课堂教学和第二课堂实践双轨联动,构建模块功能明确、培养逐层递进、课内课外协同的应用型药学人才培养实践平台,培养具有专业思维、实践能力、创新意识和综合素质的"四维发展"应用型创新药学人才。文章以滨州医学院药学院为例,通过引入序贯式培养,对医学院校的药学人才培养实践教学平台的构建和实施提出相关方案和思考,为其他高校提供一定的启发与示范作用。
The cultivation of practical ability is the focus of training high-quality applied and innovative talents.Combining teaching in the first classroom with the practice of second classroom,the authors have established a practice platform to cultivate applied pharmaceutical talents.This platform features modules with clearly defined functions,progressive training,and synergy between inside and outside classroom.This platform was designed to cultivate applied innovative pharmaceutical talents with qualities in "four dimensions" of professional thinking,practical ability,innovative awareness,and comprehensive quality.Taking the School of Pharmacy of Binzhou Medical University as an example,the authors introduced sequential training mode and explored the construction and implementation of pharmaceutical talent training practice teaching platform in medical colleges,providing reference for similar projects in other colleges and universities.
