中国中部地区粮食生产的成就、问题及高质量发展对策

The Achievements and Problems of Grain Production in Central China and the Countermeasures for High-quality Development

中部地区粮食生产在全国粮食生产战略中占有重要地位,对维护国家粮食安全具有举足轻重的作用。实现中部地区粮食生产的高质量发展,对于推动新时代中部地区高质量发展具有重大意义。新中国成立70多年来,中部地区粮食生产取得巨大成就,具体表现在增加粮食产量、养活中部人口、为国提供粮食、提高产品品质、优化粮食结构、改善生产条件和促进科技进步等10个方面。当前,与“新时代高质量发展”这一主题要求相比,中部地区粮食生产尚存在耕地锐减、生态破坏、资源浪费、环境污染和科技落后等诸多突出问题。为实现新时代中部地区粮食生产高质量发展,必须针对上述存在的问题采取如下对策和措施:提高认识,强化担当;保护耕地,利用耕地;提高产量,改善品质;等等。

The grain production in central China plays an important role in national grain production strategy and plays a decisive role in safeguarding national grain security.To realize the high-quality development of grain production in central China is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development in central China in the new era.Over the past 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,great achievements have been made in grain production in the central region,which can be seen in 10 aspects,such as increasing grain output,feeding the population in central China,providing grain for the country,improving product quality,optimizing grain structure,improving production conditions and promoting scientific and technological progress.At present,compared with the theme of“high-quality development in the new era”,there are still many prominent problems in grain production in central China,such as the sharp decrease of plowland,ecological destruction,resource waste,environmental pollution,and backwardness of science and technology.In order to realize the high-quality development of grain production in central China in the new era,the following countermeasures must be taken to solve the above-mentioned problems:improve the understanding and strengthen the responsibility;protect and make good use of plowland;increase yield and improve quality;and so on.
