访谈式教学在党性教育中的应用--以中国井冈山干部学院为例

The Application of Interview-style Teaching in Party Spirit Education--Taking CELAJ as an Example

党性教育是每一个共产党员的终身课题,是贯彻全面从严治党方针的必由之路,也是加强党的建设的内在要求。访谈式教学作为中国井冈山干部学院教学创新的成功范例,具有新颖性、互动性、真实性、聚焦性、情感性、针对性等特点。做好访谈式教学,要选好对象,让有信仰的人讲信仰,让革命后代讲述前辈的故事,让实践一线的优秀代表讲述时代的故事。同时,要准确定位,把访谈式教学讲深;循循善诱,把访谈式教学讲实;因材施教,把访谈式教学讲“活”,教师还需要具备整体策划能力、沟通协调能力、课堂驾驭能力和语言表达能力。

As a life-long subject for every CPC member,party spirit education is an inevitable approach to comprehensively strengthening party discipline and also an intrinsic requirement for strengthening party building.Interview-style teaching is a successful example of innovation in teaching in China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan(CELAJ),characterized by its novelty,interaction,trueness,focusing,emotion containing and pertinence.To do well interview-style teaching,appropriate interviewees should be chosen so that those who have faith could talk about their faith,the revolutionary descendants could talk about the stories of their predecessors,and those who are on the front of practice could talk about stories of the age.Meanwhile,accurate orientation is required for improving the depth of interview-style teaching;skill and patience are required for improving the concreteness of interview-style teaching;and the class should be arranged according to the aptitude of the trainees for improving the flexibility of interview-style teaching.Besides,the teacher should have the necessary abilities of overall planning,communication and coordination,classroom controlling,and linguistic expression.
