论党的政治建设的百年历程与经验总结

Research on the Century-old Process and Summary of Experiences in Promoting the Party's Political Advancement

近年来,学术界对党的政治建设作了整体性和创新性的研究,取得了丰硕的学术成果,但对党的政治建设的规律性把握有待于进一步深化与完善。在我们党的百年诞辰之际,回顾与挖掘党的政治建设的历程与经验,对于应对新时代党的政治建设的新挑战和新情况具有一定的现实价值。从百年历程来看,我们党的政治建设可以划分为初步探索阶段(1921—1949年)、艰难曲折阶段(1949—1978年)、全面推进阶段(1978—2012年)和全面系统阶段(2012年至今)。从基本经验来看,主要体现在政治标杆、政治保障、政治立场、政治灵魂、政治手段等方面,即自觉与党的政治路线对标对齐;推进党的政治建设的制度化和规范化;紧扣民心这一最大的政治;增强中国共产党人的理想信念;提升党员干部的政治能力。

In recent years,with a comprehensive and innovative research conducted bythe academic circle on the political construction of the party,fruitful academic achievements have been made,but the ability to distinguish features in different stages of the party's political work has yet to be improved.On the occasion of celebrating the centenary of our party,reviewing and digging out the process and experiences in the party's political work may have certain practical value in coping with new challenges and new development in the party's political advancement in the new era,which has certain practical value for dealing with the new challenges and new situations of the party's political construction in the new era.Judging from the history of the past one hundred years,the Party's political building can be divided into four stages:initial exploration(1921—1949),difficulties and setbacks(1949—1978),comprehensive advancement(1978—2012),and mature theory(2012 to the present).As a matter of experience,it is mainly manifested in such aspects as the political benchmark,political guarantee,political stand,political soul and political means,that is,consciously abiding by the political line of the Party,promoting standardized and regular party's political work,winning the people's hearts and support,strengthening the ideals and beliefs of Chinese Communists and improving the political ability of Party members and cadres.
