新时代党建工作推动师德师风建设的思考

Thoughts on Promoting the Construction of Teachers'Morality and Style through Party Building Work in the New Era

“百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本。”师德师风是教师的执教之本。目前,我国学校教育体系框架主要是在党委的领导下,以负责制开展教育教学管理工作。因此,必须以党的领导加强师德师风建设,充分发挥党建工作的政治导向作用,将习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想作为办学的根本依据,不断提升教师的职业道德,改进教师的职业作风,真正促进教育工作的创新发展。

Education is the first of development and teachers are the first of the education.Teachers'morality is the foundation of teaching.At present,the framework of our country's school education system is mainly under the leadership of the party committee to carry out education and teaching management work in a responsible system.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers'morality and style under the leadership of the party,give full play to the political guiding role of party building work,take Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the fundamental basis for running schools,thus continuously improve teachers'professional ethics,and improve teachers'professional style,and truly promote the innovative development of educational work.Based on this,this article explores and analyzes the promotion of the construction of morality and style of teachers through party building work in the new era.
