摘要
教师业绩评价是师资队伍建设的核心问题,对于地方高校教师业绩评价,没有现成的具有普遍适用性的业绩评价体系,传统教师业绩评价存在评价理念重奖惩轻发展,评价模式重主体轻客体,评价标准重统一轻个性,评价方式重定量轻定性,评价运用重结果轻过程等亟待解决的问题,地方师范院校教师评价要在突出教师主体中更新评价理念,在注重特色个性中优化评价标准,在着眼准确实效中改进评价方式,在强化结果运用中发挥评价功能。
Teacher performance evaluation is the core issue of faculty development,and there is no ready-made university teacher performance evaluation system with universal applicability for local university teachers'performance evaluation to be applied.Traditional teacher performance evaluation has problems that need to be solved,such as the evaluation concept emphasizing rewards and punishments rather than development,the evaluation mode emphasizing subjects rather than objects,the evaluation standard emphasizing uniformity rather than individuality,the evaluation method emphasizing quantity rather than quality,and the evaluation application emphasizing results rather than process.The evaluation of teachers in local teacher training colleges should update the evaluation concept in highlighting the main body of teachers,optimize the evaluation criteria in focusing on characteristics and individuality,improve the evaluation methods in focusing on accuracy and effectiveness,and give full play to the evaluation function in strengthening the application of results.
