摘要
高校教师在职业发展方面面临一些比较突出的问题,其中既有主观性的问题,也有客观性的问题。如果高校和教师本人能善用积极心理学相关理论促进这些教师在教学之路上的进一步发展,就可能让这些问题得到较好的解决。研究发现,要真正实现积极心理学相关理论在教师个人职业发展上的推动作用,不光需要教师本人的努力,也需要相关学校的作为。学校应该将一种蕴含有积极内涵的职业发展理念渗透给广大教职员工,让他们能够意识到积极的心态对自己事业发展的重要性,从而行动起来,在教学活动中有所改变。教师则应当在明确了积极心态对自己事业有帮助的前提之下,努力挖掘好的手段、办法,让自己在职业发展中真正将积极心理学相关理论应用进去,并收到良好的效果。
College teachers are confronted with some prominent problems in their career development,among which there are both subjective and objective.If universities and teachers themselves can make good use of related theories of positive psychology to promote the further development of these teachers in teaching,these problems may be better solved.After research,it is found that in order to truly realize the promoting role of positive psychology-related theories in the development of teachers'personal professional career,we not only need the efforts of teachers themselves,but also need the actions of relevant colleges.Colleges should permeate a professional development philosophy with positive connotations to the staff so that they can realize the importance of a positive mindset for their career development and thus act to make a difference in their teaching activities.Teachers,on the other hand,should try to explore good means and methods to apply theories related to positive psychology in their professional development and receive good results,based on the clear premise that a positive mindset can help them in their career.
