摘要
为了提高水质污染治理能力,设计水质污染治理项目中的隐性成本分析方法。初步识别水质污染治理中隐性成本,建立基本的水质污染隐性成本分析指标,对水质污染指标量化处理。在此基础上,应用三角模糊数,建立水质污染评价模型,有效识别治理过程中的隐性成本关键因素,以此完成水质污染治理项目中的隐性成本分析。实例分析表明,此次研究方法能够计算出水质污染治理中的可用生产能力、实际生产能力和隐性无效成本,合理分析出水质污染治理项目中的隐性成本,从而提高水质污染治理能力。
In order to improve water pollution control,the implicit cost analysis method in water pollution control project is designed.The study identifies the hidden cost in water pollution control,establishes the basic analysis index of hidden cost of water pollution,and quantifies the water pollution index.On this basis,the triangular fuzzy number is applied to establish the water pollution evaluation model to effectively identify the hidden cost key factors in the treatment process,so as to complete the hidden cost analysis in the water pollution treatment project.The example analysis shows that this research method can calculate the available production capacity,actual production capacity and hidden invalid cost in water pollution control.It reasonably analyzes the hidden cost in water pollution control projects,so as to improve the water pollution control capacity.
