基于空间几何计算的输变电工程重大变动环境影响模型研究

摘要 由于输变电工程环境影响因素众多,常规的环境影响模型无法准确计算其权重指标,为此提出基于空间几何计算建立新的输变电工程重大变动环境影响模型。构建环境影响指标体系,确立三项输变电工程重大变动综合指标。基于空间几何计算确定指标权重,得到权重指标计算方法。建立环境影响模型,根据灰类系数得知影响因素在环境影响模型中的评价。实验结果显示,该模型误差仅为3.6%,该模型能够减少模型误差,更准确地判断输变电工程是否涉及重大变动及其对环境造成的影响。 The conventional environmental impact model can not accurately calculate its weight index because there are many environmental impact factors of power transmission and transformation project.Therefore,a new major change environmental impact model of power transmission and transformation project based on spatial geometric calculation is proposed.The study established an environmental impact index system and comprehensive indicators for major changes in three power transmission and transformation projects.The index weight is determined based on spatial geometry calculation,and the weight index calculation method is obtained.The environmental impact model is established,and the evaluation of influencing factors in the environmental impact model is obtained according to the ash coefficient.The experimental results show that the model error is only 3.6%.The model can reduce the model error and more accurately judge whether the power transmission and transformation project involves major changes and its impact on the environment.
